Alpaca sleeves were garments worn by administrative staff during the 20th century. To perform their duties. They were sleeves that were placed over the coat, and extended from the cuffs to the elbows, in order to protect the clothes. Most of these "Sleeves" were made of alpaca wool, having the name of "Alpaca Sleeves".
