This privacy policy covers the website of Blueliving, Lda.
The access and use of the website https://www.a-cal.pt (hereinafter referred to as the website) attributes the condition of user to the visitor of the same.
Blueliving, Lda, with address Largo de Santa Maria nº20 7800-133 Beja, e-mail info@a-cal.pt and NIPC 513 480 420 is responsible for the website and undertakes to ensure the privacy of personal data of its users.

This Policy is intended to inform Customers/Users of the general rules for processing personal data, which are collected and processed in strict compliance with the provisions of the personal data protection legislation in force at any given time, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 ("RGPD").

Our website may include links to other websites for which we are not responsible and the User should consult their privacy policies.

For what purposes are personal data collected from the User?
The data collected in the forms on the website are intended exclusively for the processing of user requests, and will not be used for any other processing.

- Address: essential for shipping the order upon purchase

Blueliving, Ltd. does not disclose to third parties any personal data of its customers and users, without their consent, except when required by law.

In order to ship orders, we reserve the right to share shipping information (name, address and phone number) with the carriers we work with and our partners.

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access and rectify your Data, as well as the right to request its deletion, object to its processing and obtain its limitation or portability to the extent applicable. You may also object to your Data being used for the purpose of creating your customer profile; in this case, you will not be able to benefit from personalised offers or services. Upon receipt of communication from the User, with Blueliving, Ltd. will take 3 months to proceed to the required act.

If there is a breach of privacy of your data, Blueliving, Ltd. will proceed to notify the user within 72h.

Where is User data stored?
Blueliving, Lda. stores the data of its customers and users on its servers located in Portugal. These servers are protected and maintained according to the highest security standards and in order to comply with applicable privacy laws, for a maximum period of 4 years, with the exception of billing data that are stored for 10 years. After this period, the data will be securely destroyed.
