This website is made available by Blueliving, Lda. with VAT number 513 480 420. It reserves the right to remove or modify this page without prior notice. We advise you to visit this page regularly to be aware of any changes that may have been made to the General Conditions of Use.

A Blueliving, Lda. is not responsible if, for any reason, this website is unavailable for a given period of time. Occasionally, access to some areas of this website may be restricted.

By browsing these websites, the user accepts and complies with the Terms and Conditions of use described herein, as well as all future amendments thereto. If you do not agree with their content, you must immediately terminate access and/or use of this website.

No one is granted the right to delete, edit, remove or modify any data, content, materials or information displayed on this website.

Purchase of physical products

Payment and Ordering Methods

The payment methods are MBWAY, ATM, Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Paypal. After payment by Bank Transfer should be sent the respective proof of payment to the e-mail info@a-cal.pt. This must be done within a maximum of 2 working days, otherwise the order will be canceled.

O order processing starts after the proof of payment has been received. Most of the products on our website are customized, so it takes a period of processing and production, then packing and shipping the order. Most products are in stock, but some cases require pre-ordering with the supplier. The normal processing time for products in stock is about 2 working days (to which is added the shipping time of the carrier), except holiday period or absence, indicated on the site. Processing of products by supplier order involves joining several orders together and can take 2-12 weeks. Products available on a supplier to supplier order basis will usually have this information on the product page. If you have any questions about the processing time for a particular product, please contact us at info@a-cal.pt before placing your order.

O sending the product that is in stock is made by CTT, DPD or others. The carriers usually ship orders from Monday to Friday, between 24h to 48h after we send notification to the customer about the shipment of the order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a code, in your registration email, so you can track it on the carrier's website. If you have difficulties locating your order, please contact us at info@a-cal.pt.

Pick up on site / in store: you can pick up your orders in our store, in Largo de Santa Maria, nº 20 7800-133 Beja, at no extra cost. The pick up of orders must be scheduled in advance, to ensure that the order is already ready and that there is someone on site to serve you.

Blueliving, Lda. reserves the right to right to cancel any ordereven if it has already been confirmed, in the following situations, exempt from liability for any damages or costs:

- The product is no longer available (payment will be returned);
- The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
- The order being flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- Payment is not received within 2 days of order acceptance;
- If it is detected that the price indicated on the website is wrong;
- If the order cannot be delivered to your address.

The commodity prices shown on the website are the final sale prices to the consumer, including all legal fees and charges. The applicable taxes for the transport of the goods are those applicable by CTT. The prices of products shown on the site are subject to change. The Blueliving, Lda. Lda reserves the right to change prices without notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase. Please note that even though the site is updated with extreme attention it is possible that the price information on the site contains errors.

All orders for products, even if customized, are subject to their availability. Although this Website only allows you to order products that are in stock or by supplier order, in extraordinary situations a product may not be available. In such an event we will inform you immediately of the unavailability and refund the full amount paid by you within 15 days.

Blueliving, Lda. Lda is under no obligation to provide products or services that are unavailable.

Blueliving, Lda. always ensures that the products sent correspond to those requested. However, if you receive a wrong productyou must send us an email to info@a-cal.pt within 14 days. Indicate in the subject of the email the order number so we can manage it and provide a solution as soon as possible.

Consumer Law

The consumer is granted the rights enshrined in law, namely the Special Right of Free Resolution. If it is a customized product, the exercise of this right is prohibited under Article 17 of the Law on Distance Contracts and Outside the Commercial Establishment DL No. 24/2014, of 14 February, therefore nreturns are not accepted on personalized items.

In other cases, if you want to terminate the contract made, you must, within 14 days after receipt of the product, send email to info@a-cal.pt invoking the exercise of this right. The Blueliving, Ltd. will give due attention to your process and will proceed to retroactively terminate the contract made. Blueliving, Ltd. has the duty to return the amount paid for the price and the Consumer is responsible for sending the object, and shipping charges will be borne by the latter.

Warranty

The products sold shall be attributed the 2-year warranty. If any non-compliance is detected should be reported to Blueliving, Ltd. within 4 months after knowledge of it. The e-mail to which your communication should be directed is info@a-cal.pt

The products we sell are handmade, so their characteristics may not be considered defects or damage. Certain characteristics are unavoidable and should be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the product.

After your communication, Blueliving, Lda will analyze your case and contact the Consumer. The Consumer has the right to repair the good, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. If it is objectively not possible to replace the product with another of the same category, Blueliving, Ltd will return the value of the same. The costs of transporting the product from the Consumer to Blueliving, Lda are borne by the latter.

It is important to note that our warranty does not cover:

  1. the negligent or violent use of the product.
  2. damage resulting from handling or intervention of the product.

In case of damage in transport, upon receipt of the order, send us an email with the photo of the piece, within 2 working days.

Site Information

Although Blueliving, Lda updates and maintains its website with all due care, the information, text, graphic documents, movies, music and/or other services may contain errors or be incomplete or incorrect. Blueliving, Lda may not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the site, including damage caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or imperfection of information, unless such damage is the result of negligence by Blueliving, Lda

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The use of our website and the purchase contracts carried out through this site are governed by Portuguese law.

This provision does not affect other rights conferred on the consumer by the legislation in force.

Dispute Resolution

RAL
In case of dispute the consumer can turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities are the entities authorised to carry out mediation, conciliation and arbitration of consumer disputes in Portugal that are registered on the list of ADR entities provided for by Law no. 144/2015.
