Corkboard Shelf

Corkboard Shelf' is a set of two shelves made of natural cork. These pieces are inspired by the shape of wood when exposed to the erosion of water and sand. The rounded edges emphasize the illusion of a solid element, but one that 'floats'. The metal structure allows a simple fixation.

Developed in a partnership between Portuguese brand Cork Units and Studio Niruk in 2020.
